CywiljPhotography Agreement Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions will apply to any photographs created by the photographer and will also apply to any photoshoots estimated by the photographer. You will be asked via email prior to the photoshoot to indicate you have read the Terms and Conditions and understand this agreement. When booking these services, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, if you object to any of the listed below, contact the photographer immediately prior to the photoshoot.

Booking & Payments

  1. Upon booking via email,  you will receive a consultation and photoshoot preparation 72 hours prior to the photoshoot free of charge.​

  2. Customers will be sent a series of 15-20 images to chose from, client will be charged £35/h per photoshoot. per person.

  3. For any service exceeding 1 Hour, the client will be charged a full hour  

  4. Weather is unpredictable; however photoshoots may still carry out in cloudy and mildly windy conditions. But due to the safety of the equipment photographing in the rain will not be carried out. In this case the full deposit will be given back to the client free of charge.

Use of images and copyright

  1. The client agrees that Cywiljphotography by Jessica Cywinska owns the copyright in all images. The client gives full permission for Cywiljphotography to use all created images for business marketing purposes.

  2. Clients agree not to copy or allow anyone else to copy digital images or scan prints without any written permission. Photographs provided via transfer may not be scanned, sold nor edited (unless sizing is altered for personal printing). The client agrees that undermining any of the above is a breach of this agreement.

  3. Watermarks may not be altered nor removed as this is a breach of this agreement. Watermark removal can only be requested through a valid written permission (submitted via email).

  4. The photographer will pick out photographs that they believe are the best and of high quality.

  5. The client under no circumstance is permitted to use any other photographs that the photographer had not chosen.

Right to RAW files

  1. Clients will not be receiving RAW files of the photoshoot unless valid written permission is sent to the photographer via e-mail.

  2. If under any circumstance a client has received RAW images, they are not to publish them as a published reproduction of any sort, as this will be a breach of this agreement.

Right to credit

  1. The photographer’s name must be included in all published reproductions. This applies to all image uses.

  2. If photographs used do not include Cywiljphotography’s name under, any published material without credit will be asked to be taken down.
